vegan hamburger

Raw beetroot worldwide use the vast majority of recipes hamburger and I remember that in 2008 when I was doing my first raw attempt, we tested various recipes and all seems odd to me to taste (although they were). Tastes not discuss, but I think it is very important that the food we eat to have good taste because we were so time to enjoy it. Below we present a recipe for my taste, I put it together in the days before the New Year.

Raw Hamburger with Mayonnaise and Tomato Cream

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • one tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 small beetroot all
  • 1 small carrot
  • 50 g walnuts soaked Romanian
  • composition remaining cup of bread
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning mix
  • ½ cup water
  • salt to taste

Almond flour is very simple, as we demonstrated in this episode of Ligia’s Kitchen.
All the ingredients we chopped very finely in a food processor. Composition came beet red and very aromatic. I stretched composition as bread and cut hamburgers with a stainless steel culinary circle. I gave the dehydrator for 5 hours


  • 100 g soaked for 3 hours cashew
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup water
  • salt

Instead you can use cashew nut or seed Romanian sunflower. All I blenduit ingredients until smooth. In a minute went extremely smooth cream and delicious, better than mayonnaise.

Cream of Tomato

  • 4 dried tomatoes preserved in oil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup water

All the ingredients are chopped in blender until smooth but not complete.

For assembly I used:

sprouts of alfalfa, radish and red cabbage
strips of carrots, you can cut with this gizmo or something
slices of onion

I added a slice of bread on a round slices of onion, a teaspoon of mayonnaise and one teaspoon of cream of tomato. Over them I sprinkled fresh sprouts and shredded carrots. Above, I put the burger, I added a teaspoon of mayonnaise over which I sprinkled again morvoi germs and strips. You can use any vegetables you want because all will have a great taste.

Us after we finished the photos, I added more carrots and sprouts and I could only say: WOW! I ate raw hamburger, but this combination of tastes has given us over the head, because it was like an explosion of flavors that fit perfectly!
